Community Service hours are a required for advancement and must be recorded before a Board of Review. Please follow these procedures:
First, get your project, proposed service hours approved in advance by the Scoutmaster or one of the Assistant Scoutmasters. "Why in advance?" you ask. Simple. To make sure that the hours you plan to work can really be counted toward service hours.
Next, after you've completed your service hours, write down what you did (use the form from our "forms" page -- click here to go there now) and give your input to Mr Donnell. He will record the hours in the Troopmaster database where it will be available for a Board of Review.
