C & O Canal Hike

What a beautiful day for a hike! It's hard to believe that January can be so warm in the Washington DC area. We completed a five mile hike along the C&O Canal from just below milepost 9 to milepost 11 and back. In addition to completing the 2nd Class hiking requirement, we were able to check off several wildlife and nature requirements.
