With weather like this, how could we possibly have anything but a great camporee! As always, we had fun, but accomplished plenty of things along the way. Our Scouts worked on merit badges, cooked great food, and introduced the district to our skit, "Are You Smarter than a Tenderfoot?" Our adult leaders helped with the district's outdoor leader skill training and Mr. Donnell entered the chili cookoff. Mr. White led the astronomy merit badge and everyone who took the workshop was treated to a beautiful, clear evening (the Milky Way was easily visible). All in all, another great 1018 experience!
