Program Highlights for 2020
As PT Barnum once said, "No one ever made a difference by being like everyone else." This summer at Resica Falls, we're rethinking how we do campwide program. Wander around the Big Springs Carnival on Monday evening, playing games, watching some performers, and snacking on your favorite carnival food.
Lunch Clubs, Action Areas, and the weekly Scavenger Hunt are all to be reworked to meet the wants of our campers.
Enjoy the classic Opening Campfire, build a creative troop gateway, and get your awesome costumes ready to bring the show alive!
Mrs. Welsh will begin entering merit badges mid February and will update with program guide and leaders guide as soon as they are available. You must be paid in full in order to sign up for your merit badges.
The Dan Beard program is available for all new scouts and will focus on teaching all the skills necessary to earn your Scout and First Class rank. Scout skills, First Aid, Citizenship and Swimming will be the main focus with an opportunity to take advantage of a 5 mile hike and and overnighter as well.
